808 RAIDER NATION OHANA BY LAWS *ARTICLE 1-NAME
The name of the organization is 808 Raider Nation Ohana
*ARTICLE 2-PURPOSE
The organization was created for the fans of the Raider Nation to represent the State of Hawaii and to provide community service.
*ARTICLE 3-MEMBERS
-SECTION 1/ Anyone who is a RAIDER fan and if under the age of 18 must be represented by an active member of the organization.
-SECTION 2/ All members should have voting rights on matters pertaining to the group, committees and organization unless the BOARD says otherwise.All issues should be brought to the BOARD if voting is needed. If for some reasonable reason a member is unable to vote at the designated meeting, they will be provided the option to vote by proxy and contact the SECRETARY to do so.
-SECTION 3/ Dues will be established by EXECUTIVE BOARD and are subject to change. If changed, members must pay his or her dues within 30 calendar days of change to be considered a member in good standing and to have voting rights.
-SECTION 4/ Members will have 4 quarterly meetings and MUST attend 2 out of 4 meetings or will be put on probation and will lose their voting rights during their probation period. BODs will have monthly meetings.
-SECTION 5/ Members MUST participate in at least 3 activities or will be put on probation and will lose their voting rights during their probation period.
*ARTICLE 4- OFFICERS AND ELECTIONS
-SECTION 1/ For every 10 members a Board Of Director will be appointed.

BODS-
-PRESIDENT- Shall preside over meetings of the organization and execute the Board. Serve as the primary contact for the organization, represent the organizatiation at meetings outside the organization, serve as an official member of all committees so that the sole purpose of the organization is served.
-VICE PRESIDENT- Shall assist the President and shall carry out the President duties in his or her absence or inability to serve.
-SECRETARY- Shall keep all records of the organization, handle correspondence and send notices of meetings to the members.
-TREASURER- Shall receive all funds of the organization, keep accurate records of receipts and expenditures and shall be able to present a financial statement at every meeting and other times of the year when requested by the executive board and makes a full report at the end of the year.
-SERGEANT OF ARMS- Shall keep order of other board members or meeting attendees that are disruptive. The Sergeant may warn them, try to find peace in the matter or in worst cases remove them from the situation.
-SECTION 2/ NOMINATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
OFFICERS WILL REMAIN OFFICERS UNTIL THEY DO NOT WISH TO REMAIN IN OFFICE OR FAIL TO DO THEIR DUTIES AS A BOARD MEMBER IN WHICH ANOTHER MEMBER WHO IS IN GOOD STANDINGS WITH THE ORGANIZATION MAY BE NOMINATED TO RUN FOR OFFICE.
-SECTION 3/ REMOVAL OF OFFICE
Officers may be removed from office with or without cause by a majority vote of the executive board.
-SECTION 4/ VACANCIES
if there is a vacancy in office a new officer may be reelected at the next meeting.
*ARTICLE 5- ADDITIONAL MEETINGS
-SECTION 1/ Additional meetings may be requested at least 1 month ahead of time and approved by a vote of the majority of board members to take place.
-SECTION 2/ There will be a MANDATORY annual meeting between board members and another one with the rest of the organization at least once a year to discuss issues that need to be addressed.
*ARTICLE 6- COMMITTEES
Committees should be organized with one head of committee. Committees will include... - FUNDRAISING

- ENTERTAINMENT
- FAMILY EVENTS

*ARTICLE 7- FINANCES
-SECTION 1/ A budget shall be drafted 1 month before the season starts for the upcoming season and off season.
-SECTION 2/ Treasurer shall keep accurate records and be able to provide financial information as needed.
-SECTION 3/ For requests over $25 the board shall approve with at least 2 signatures and the signature of approval from Treasurer. (example on joining page) All others will require only the signature of approval from Treasure.
-SECTION 4/ A receipt or receipts must be obtained with all requests of funds and or reimbursements from the organization.
-SECTION 5/ Any remaining funds at the end of the year shall be used to pay outstanding bills and the remainder shall be carried on to the next year and used towards club events.
*ARTICLE 8- AMENDMENTS
THESE BYLAWS MAY BE AMENDED AT ANYTIME. IT MUST BE BROUGHT UP AT A MEETING WITH PREVIOUS NOTICE SUBMITTED TO THE SECRETARY AND VOTED IN BY MAJORITY ATTENDING APPOINTED MEETING.
